Ducks in A Row Design Project Feature in Westchester Magazine:

This Unique Luxury Development Is Fit For a King (Or Queen)

A new residential development in Rye Brook offers a luxury lifestyle in a surprising location.

Richard and Suzanne Elliott - Charleston, South Carolina

Once again, Ducks in a Row worked their magic, and transformed our newly purchased Charleston home, into a showpiece. In September of 2018, we moved from Newburyport, Massachusetts to Charleston, SC. We were selling our dream home, and purchasing a home that needed a top to bottom renovation. The minute the papers were signed, we called Francee and Andrea, asking them if they were willing to manage our Charleston project remotely, and if they would be willing to travel to Charleston, SC. There wasn’t a moment of hesitation, and the results were tremendous. They were able to complete the project in two months, and we love our home! From the custom kitchen, down to all the furnishings, there wasn’t a detail missed, or a task they didn’t resolve.

We were first introduced to Ducks in a Row in 2015. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have Francee and Andrea oversee a renovation of our Newburyport antique home, after a flood occurred while we were working oversees. The results were gorgeous, and a few months later our home was on the Newburyport Holiday Tour of Homes.

Over those three years, whenever a house related problem arose, we called Ducks in a Row. From staging our home for Christmas to larger renovation projects, there wasn’t a task they wouldn’t happily help us with. More importantly, we always knew that the results would be beautiful!

We can’t thank you enough Francee and Andrea!

Dr. Irays Sanataria - Boston, MA:

I could not thank you enough for your beautiful work. Francee and Andrea understood our needs from day one. I admire your great taste, passion and dedication and attention to detail. The end result was delivered to perfection. I could not be happier. Thank you

Dr. Walid Dehni - Cambridge, MA;  from The Boston Sunday Globe Real Estate Section, Fall 2016

Walid Dehni said his family fell in love with a Newport Beach Club model designed by Ducks in a Row, so they bought the same configuration and hired the Newbury firm to decorate it almost identically. “They received all the furniture and decorated the house. We moved in the same day we closed. It doesn’t get easier than that,” Dehni said.

Richard and Suzanne Elliott - Newburyport, MA:

While out of the country, (in February, 2016), our home flooded and suffered major damage. We needed someone on the ground who could deal with the flood, and who could identify a General Contractor on our behalf. Francee and Andrea stepped in, securing a talented General Contractor, choosing materials, and overseeing the remodel of our kitchen and reconstruction of the rest of our home.

After the completion of the project, our house was beautiful and our experience stress free. Francee and Andrea then waved their “magic decorating wands”, and within days, had placed furniture and accessories they had secured to complete the project. The results: gorgeous…and our home was ready to move in, and enjoy!

You two change lives! Thank you Ducks in a Row! We love our home.

Karen Lynch, Real Estate Agent, RE/MAX On the River -  Newburyport, MA:

Staging is huge! Having been in Real Estate for nearly 20 years, I have to say that staging has been the most amazing marketing tool ever to hit the industry, and nobody does it better than Francee and Andrea at Ducks in A Row Home Staging! We have used their services on many of our listings with remarkable results. Today’s homebuyers are looking for “move in ready” properties and don’t have the patience or inclination to do a lot of home repairs or re-decorating. They are often challenged to look past a seller’s taste and décor and envision what a property could look like; as a result, staging has become a significant aspect of a successful real estate marketing plan.

Francee and Andrea have impeccable taste and talent, and they can truly transform a property with amazing design flair. They can take a home from plain or outdated to gorgeous and up-to-the-minute within a matter of days! We had a high-end listing on the market a couple of years ago, which failed to sell. We put the property back on the market recently, and Ducks in a Row came in and staged the property, helped the seller design a new kitchen, chose paint colors and furniture, and transformed the entire home to perfection. As soon as we put the house on the market, the listing agent had multiple offers and the home went under contract within a week. Depending on how extensive the project is, staging can seem expensive but statistics show that a staged home sells more quickly and for more money… and it’s definitely cheaper than a price reduction!

Francee and Andrea have a very special way with Clients and are extremely diplomatic; they are true professionals and do absolutely amazing work. Whether you’re in need of a consultation or a total transformation, I recommend Ducks in a Row Home Staging; in our Real Estate community Francee and Andrea are highly regarded as the best in the business.
